These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MEN'S HALL mobile application and any related web pages (together, the "App").
The App is provided for MEN'S HALL ("Business", "we", "us", or "our") to allow customers to view services, staff members, locations, available appointment times, make bookings, manage appointments, and receive service-related information.
The App may be developed, technically maintained, or supported by MEN'S HALL on behalf of MEN'S HALL.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
The App is a customer-facing mobile booking application created for MEN'S HALL.
The App may allow you to:
The App is not a standalone CRM system, marketplace, or booking platform owned by the technical provider. Some booking, scheduling, customer-management, and business-automation features may be powered by third-party services, including Altegio.

- view staff members or specialists;
- view business locations;
- check available appointment times;
- create, manage, cancel, or reschedule appointments, where available;
- receive appointment reminders and service-related notifications;
- contact the Business or support;
- access other customer features provided by MEN'S HALL.
2. Role of the Business
The services displayed in the App are provided by MEN'S HALL, not by MEN'S HALL and not by Altegio.
MEN'S HALL is responsible for:
Any agreement for the actual provision of services is between you and MEN'S HALL, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- the services offered to customers;
- service descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability;
- staff members, specialists, and their schedules;
- appointment confirmation, cancellation, and rescheduling rules;
- customer service quality;
- refunds, deposits, no-show rules, and late arrival rules, if applicable;
- compliance with laws and regulations related to its services;
- customer relationships and business communications.
3. Role of Altegio and third-party systems
The App may integrate with Altegio, a third-party CRM, booking, scheduling, and business-automation system used by MEN'S HALL.
When you use booking-related features, certain data may be retrieved from or transmitted to Altegio, including information about services, staff members, locations, available time slots, appointments, and customer records.
Altegio is a third-party service provider. We do not own or control Altegio, its infrastructure, policies, availability, or functionality.
Your use of booking-related features may depend on the availability and proper operation of Altegio and other third-party services. If Altegio or another third-party provider is unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or returns incorrect or outdated information, some features of the App may not work correctly.
4. App developer and technical provider
The App may be developed and technically maintained by MEN'S HALL on behalf of MEN'S HALL.
The technical provider may assist with:
The technical provider does not provide the actual in-person or offline services displayed in the App and is not responsible for the quality, safety, performance, pricing, availability, or outcome of services provided by MEN'S HALL.

- hosting and infrastructure;
- API integrations;
- maintenance and updates;
- security and monitoring;
- technical support;
- bug fixing and performance improvements.
5. Appointment booking
When you book an appointment through the App, you are requesting a service from MEN'S HALL.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a booking, including your name, phone number, email address, selected service, selected staff member, selected location, and selected time.
Appointment availability may change in real time. A booking may be subject to confirmation by MEN'S HALL or by the connected booking system.
We aim to display accurate and current appointment information, but we do not guarantee that all available times, prices, staff schedules, or service details will always be error-free or fully up to date.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows
Cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, refund, deposit, and no-show rules are determined by MEN'S HALL.
If a separate Booking & Cancellation Policy is made available, it forms part of these Terms.
You should review the relevant booking rules before making an appointment.
MEN'S HALL may refuse, cancel, change, or reschedule appointments in accordance with its internal rules, applicable law, or operational needs.
7. Prices, payments, deposits, and refunds
Prices displayed in the App are provided by MEN'S HALL and may be changed by MEN'S HALL at any time.
If payments, deposits, or online checkout are available in the App, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
We do not store full payment card numbers or payment card security codes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Refunds, deposits, prepayments, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled according to the rules of MEN'S HALL, the applicable payment provider, and applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MEN'S HALL is not the seller of services and is not responsible for refunds or payment disputes related to services provided by MEN'S HALL.
8. User account and access
Some features of the App may require identification, login, phone verification, email verification, or another authentication method.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account or access credentials secure. You must not allow another person to use your account or verification credentials without permission.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or verified phone or email access, unless such activity is caused by our technical fault or by unauthorized access that you could not reasonably prevent.
9. Push notifications and communications
The App may send you service-related communications, including appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation updates, schedule changes, support messages, and other information related to your use of the App.
If you enable push notifications, the App may send notifications to your device. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
Marketing messages, if any, will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with your consent.

- use the App to send spam, abusive messages, or unauthorized advertising;
- upload or transmit malicious code, harmful files, or content that violates the rights of others;
- use the App in a way that may harm MEN'S HALL, other users, Altegio, third-party providers, or the technical provider.
11. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, interface, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and other content, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
All trademarks, business names, logos, and service marks belong to their respective owners.
Altegio and related names, logos, or marks are the property of their respective owners. Use of Altegio-powered functionality in the App does not transfer any rights in Altegio's intellectual property to you or to us.
12. App availability and changes
We aim to keep the App available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
The App may be unavailable, limited, delayed, or interrupted due to:

- booking information will always be accurate, complete, or up to date;
- third-party systems will always work correctly;
- the App will meet all of your expectations or requirements.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEN'S HALL and MEN'S HALL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
